By using this website or requesting services from EdmisonH&P Property Maintenance, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Prices published on this website, such as lawn care starting rates and seasonal snow contract rates, are starting points: final pricing depends on your specific property and is confirmed with you before any work begins. A quote becomes a booking only once both sides confirm the price and the scope. Price matching on comparable written quotes and the 10% referral discount are applied at the time of quoting.

Services and scheduling

Services run on scheduled routes across North Bay and a surrounding radius of roughly 50 km, with snow removal currently offered inside North Bay only. Scheduling can shift with weather, daylight, and route logistics; when a visit needs to move, we communicate. To change or cancel a booking, call or text 705-358-6852 as early as you can.

Your property

Please make work areas reasonably accessible and let us know about anything on the property we should be aware of, such as buried lines, sprinkler heads, pets, or fragile items in a work area. For junk removal, you confirm that the items you ask us to haul are yours to dispose of.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, EdmisonH&P Property Maintenance is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, and our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
