Where it is stored

Quote requests are delivered to our customer management system (operated on the HighLevel platform) and a backup copy is retained by our website host (Netlify). This website is delivered through a content delivery network (bunny.net) and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means those providers process standard technical data such as IP addresses in order to serve the site.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, this policy will be updated to describe them.

Retention

We keep quote and customer records for as long as they are useful for serving you and meeting our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them.
